LE SAIYAMAN SWAGGA!!!!! XDD I haven't submitted Saiyaman yet,so I decided it was about time :meow: I don't draw him much XD

I was about to give up on the cape since it took FOREVERRRR to color it,but I got my spirits back and finished XD 

I SPENT LIKE TWO HOURS ON THIS. o0o Blehhh XD
